My online/eBay selling motto is "An Educated Seller is a Power Seller!"

I think there is the potential to make a good amount of money selling on eBay. However, there is also the risk of losing money when you don't know what you are doing. In the five years that I have been buying and selling on eBay I have come across the good, the bad, and the downright ugly with resources and e-books to help me succeed.

To save you from wasting money on junk I have listed below the resources and e-books that I personally consider to be the best in providing real helpful information. I have used and continue to use them all. I recommend them highly to anyone looking for more education and skills on the ins and outs of selling on eBay along with other online sites.

Skip McGrath in my opinion is the king of selling on eBay. All of his e-books are filled with practical useful information. I was thrilled the day I came across his resources because it was such a breathe of fresh air to read information that I was actually able to use. He is the real deal and knows what he is talking about.

If you are looking to connect with other moms that sell online or on eBay then head over to the awesome community forum at Here Comes The Stork. What is great about this community is you get to meet other moms who want to share their experiences with selling online. You can bounce ideas around, lean on them for support, vent, or just have fun joining in on the conversation. They share information on the "hot selling" items along with items that are not selling well. You will find a wealth of very useful information. It is a great resource for online momprenuers looking for a community. There is a small membership fee. But I feel it is worth it to keep out spammers and rif raf. One of the most popular questions I get is "where do I get those cute eBay templates". I use the resource Seller Sourcebook. They have over 2000 templates to choose from.
